We, the undersigned, support a bill prohibiting the abortion of an unborn child who has reached twenty (20) weeks gestational age and who must be physically dismembered in order to be aborted. Medical science has shown that at least by twenty weeks the unborn baby can feel the pain of limb dismemberment.
